The house is located around 3 k. from Quepos and 4 kilometers from Manuel Antonio Beach. The house is located just one kilometer from the main road between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. It is located on the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful valley of Pocares Portalon and Playa del Rey. The house is a 5 minutes car drive from stores, restaurants and other facilities, however the location is as quiet as it gets in Manuel Antonio.

How to get there:
Coming from Quepos:
Take a left on the entrance at Villa Lirio, (which is right besides the Manuel Antonio School in Manuel Antonio or right in front the Cozi Language Institute) and drive for 1 k. or 0.6 miles passed the point when the asphalt ends, keep going on the gravel road, until the road gets narrow. The road ends at the house (The Sunrise Villa).
You will see a gray metal fence with the shape of a V.
